Featured Floor: Wide Plank European Oak, Natural Grade, Måne Finish
Our latest project with And And And Studio is not only stunning but also a study in architectural style and expert craftsmanship. When architect/designer power couple Annie and Daniel examined the site, they saw a sea of complicated designs and decided to change direction. They chose a simple, high-quality design with nods to Spanish-influenced, California Modernism.
Ledge House

The Dangarita
All things deserve to be designed well and a cocktail is no exception. Daniel has been crafting homemade margaritas for so long that family and friends have come to refer to them as the “Dangarita”.

19th Century Duplex
We worked with Worrell Yeung on this Duplex Loft in the historic Gilsey House building located across from the Ace Hotel in New York City. European Oak floors are on full display in this project.
Equinox Vancouver
We collaborated with Equinox’s in-house design team for their fitness club in Vancouver, British Columbia. A beautiful custom finish was created on Black Walnut for both the hardwood floors and walls

Bates Masi + Architects Office
Bates Masi Architects, recipient of the AIA National Housing Award, designed their own offices in East Hampton, New York using our European Oak wood floors with a Dimma finish.
Park Avenue Armory
MADERA worked with the Armory’s leadership and Herzog & de Meuron Architects to replace the entire 40,000 SF space with historically accurate Antique Heart Pine from the period in time when the floors were originally installed - the golden age of the Southern Long Leaf Pine.

This simply and carefully renovated Clinton Hill Duplex by architect Van Dalwig as featured in Brownstoner and NY Magazine, features one of our favorite floors, Flatlands, on character grade Northern White oak.

Nantucket Beach House
This beautifully secluded home located on Sesachacha Pond in Nantucket, Massachusetts features European Oak wood floors finished in Regn. Impeccably designed and landscaped by Andrew Kotchen and his team at Workshop APD, the original house was taken down and a new house built to meet their client’s discerning taste.
Gehry Cafeteria
The 4 Times Square Cafeteria that was originally designed by Frank Gehry for Condé Nast was recently renovated by Studios Architecture. Our Clinton Hill finish on Northern White Oak for flooring and our Berg finish on European Oak for walls, ceilings and feature elements was used throughout this New York City landmark building.
Peconic Bay House
Corten steel, concrete, living roof, and wide-open panoramic views of Hampton Bay’s in Long Island work perfectly with our wide plank Northern White oak floors and hurricane recovered Ipe exterior decking.
