SHEETS

MADERA’s Sheets are intended for seamless large-format paneling and millwork fronts. These are veneered MDF sheets that can be cut to size at a shop or in field. Available in multiple grades these sheets are finished to match MADERA’s collection finishes. Material can be supplied in 4’ x 8’ or 4’ x 10’ full sheets with edge banding provided separately.

CHOOSING VENEERS

Something to consider when choosing sheets is to determine the overall look of the sheet. MADERA can produce sheets that look like natural planks and feature considerable color variation between veneers. This type of sheet works very well if it is situated next to doors or other wood elements that have a similar plank look. Alternately, we can produce sheets with minimal color variation by sorting veneers for color.
